- Participants under ‘Student’ type are required to provide scanned of student ID. The
scanned ID has to be upload in user’s Profile.

- Cancellations: In case of cancellation for any reason, the
conference registration fees will not be refunded, but substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that
the conference committee is advised of the change.
