[IMPORTANT] Please note that the registration fee does not include the publication cost. In case of publication, an additional payment will be required and the exact amount will be informed upon acceptance of the manuscript.

Cancellations: In case of cancellation for any reason, the conference registration fees will not be refunded, but substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that the conference committee is advised of the change.

Payment Methods

For international and local presenters and participants, you can make payment through Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or bank wire after your abstract is accepted. Payment details are as follows:

Uploading Payment Proof
You will only be able to upload your payment proof once Your abstract status has been updated to Accepted. When access is granted, a button labeled Upload Payment Proof will appear. Click the button and complete the payment form, including uploading your proof of payment (e.g., bank transfer receipt).

Accessing Receipt and Invoice
Once you have uploaded your payment proof, you can request confirmation by clicking the Request Confirmation button. This action notifies the committee to verify your payment. After confirmation, you will be able to download your Payment Invoice and Payment Receipt from the dashboard using the designated buttons.
